Pricing — the questions buyers actually ask
- What is actually included in the price?
- Three deliverables. A ~50-page executive report covering company readiness, the top three AI opportunities ranked by combined score, an impact-effort matrix, and a 90-day phased implementation roadmap. A ~25-page implementation brief written for your IT team or external developer — system requirements, data flows, integration points, security controls, three alternative tech stacks per process. An optional structured JSON export of the same data for downstream automation. There is no separate "discovery call" fee, no per-process surcharge, no charge for revisions inside the delivery window.
- Why is the displayed price different depending on where I am?
- We publish a single audit at three regional price points — UK, eurozone, and rest-of-world — calibrated to local consulting market rates and exchange-rate stability. Your country is detected from your network location and shown in your local currency. The price in your country is the price you will be charged at checkout; switching the displayed locale does not change the price you actually pay.
- Is VAT included? What happens at checkout?
- The displayed price excludes VAT. At checkout we apply VAT according to the rules for your billing country and VAT registration status — Slovak VAT for Slovak buyers, reverse-charge for valid EU VAT numbers outside Slovakia, no VAT for buyers outside the EU and UK. You will see the exact figure before you confirm payment, and the invoice itemises base price, VAT rate, and total.
- How does the money-back guarantee actually work?
- If the audit does not surface at least one viable AI opportunity for your business, you do not pay. You request a refund inside seven calendar days of the deliverables landing, briefly stating why none of the surfaced opportunities are viable, and we issue a full refund within ten business days. The guarantee is in our Terms of Service in writing — no small print, no "administration fee", no requirement to use a partner.
- How long from payment to deliverables?
- Inside twenty-four hours of completing the structured intake. The clock starts when the intake is submitted, not when payment lands — so if you complete the intake at 09:00 Bratislava time on a Monday, you will have the deliverables before 09:00 Tuesday. Intake itself typically takes a manager about forty-five minutes; we do not need on-site visits, workshops, or scheduled calls.
- What happens after the audit is delivered?
- You own the deliverables outright — share them internally, send the implementation brief to an external developer for quotes, use the JSON export to drive a procurement spreadsheet. We do not lock implementation work to ourselves; we will recommend partners if asked but the brief is written so any competent technical team can quote and build from it. If you want a second audit later — for an acquired entity, a major restructure, or a regulatory event — you re-purchase at the same price point. There is no subscription.
